Planning requirements meant the building had to be elevated to protect against flooding, giving the design team the opportunity to provide areas of raised decking and access from which to view the landscaped gardens.
The home provides 40Nr 16m2 bedrooms all with ensuite wet rooms, designed and manufactured off site specifically for this valued client. The home is divided into 4 separate 10 bed units each with its own facilities, including dining, lounges, smoke lounge, quiet lounge and sensory bathroom.
