A contaminated site and difficult ground conditions called for a ground remediation strategy and specialist foundations design. Built close to the adjoining highway, the design team cleverly included a private rear landscaped garden with paved access to a feature gazebo.
The home has 20 bedrooms, all designed above normal standards, for people with special needs, some rooms exceeding 27m².
